Pamela French Newman (she/her/hers), graduated in May 2022 with a Masters Degree from Naropa University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the Somatic Counseling Program with a concentration in Body Psychotherapy. We work primarily with folks experiencing difficulty with ADHD or attention struggles, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. We use a brain map (qEEG) to measure baseline electrical activity, and then design an individualized protocol to then habituate more adaptive, efficient, and flexible brainwave patterns. Training occurs twice weekly for around 30-50 sessions.
