Trauma Healing takes time and patience, and for a lot of us with Complex Trauma, this may be something we continually manage as life ebbs and flows. However, it doesn’t have to be a life-long pattern of pain and feeling constantly dysregulated. I invite you to feel within that fear/ anxiety/ dysregulation and make meaning from it. I support folx to heal deep emotional wounds that come from past anxiety, trauma, stress and help them hone-in on their inner experience as a means to gain insight. I offer individual sessions in person and via telehealth (please inquire about current COVID protocols and if in-person sessions are currently being held). My general goal for folx is to help them identify what they need so that they are able to continue on their healing journey, eventually, without my support. I do this by helping you to cultivate self-awareness and expose you to a variety of coping skills. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, anti-fascist, and inclusive in my approach.

We are passionate about helping adults & couples struggling with anxiety, relational distress, life transitions, sexuality & gender. It is essential to create a safe and shame-free space for clients to explore their emotions, sexual issues, fears of intimacy, and vulnerabilities in order to make powerful changes. If you find yourself feeling lonely, disconnected from your loved ones, experiencing self-doubt and allowing fear to control your life then we can help. Through this process you will learn ways to self-regulate your emotions, practice self-love, create healthy boundaries in your relationships, and take control of your life. We practice Systemic Marriage & Family therapy, with specialized training in Sex Therapy. We utilize evidence based methods such as CBT, and Mindfulness therapy. These approaches teach clients how to challenge self-defeating, negative thoughts and create a more peaceful and authentic life. To schedule a free consultation call, head over to our website! As an immigrant myself, our practice strives to be culturally sensitive and accepting of clients unique backgrounds, beliefs and sexual orientation. With personal and professional experience in practicing self-reflection and acceptance, we help clients with overcoming family conflict and living in alignment with their true purpose.
My name is Dr. Katy Cording (she/her). I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Certified Group Psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania. Hi! I’m Paige (they/she) Whether you are struggling with your identity, the transitions and pace of being in school, or your overall mental health, I would love to see how we can make your life run more smoothly. I aim to make therapy accessible to all of my clients and we can talk about what this means for you. Fidgeting is welcome, as well as eating or knitting while we chat. I mainly use Internal Family Systems which sees each person as made up of a system of parts. These parts interact with one another with the goal of maintaining safety and avoiding harm and pain. Through the experience of trauma, our parts may take on more extreme roles to protect us. We will work together to heal these parts so that they can contribute to the internal system in more helpful ways. A little about me: I am a queer and chronically-ill identified therapist and I love to cross-stitch! I can’t help but to notice parts and attachment styles everywhere, mainly in tv and books. I love finding ways to incorporate art and movement into healing. If you would like to learn more, please reach out for a free consultation to see if I would be a good fit. I look forward to working with you! *I have sliding scale slots from $85-$135 based on need* *I reserve a few slots on my caseload for clients seeking lower fee therapy ($40-$70 per session) through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective*

Welcoming in creatives, artists, and performers! Currently accepting new clients. Has your creative drive disappeared behind a booming inner critic that’s never satisfied? Ever wondered why you’ve been in therapy for years, but the old problems persist? I specialize in helping creatives like you, with histories of relational or sexual trauma, heal from the inside out; building internal spaces of worthiness that aren’t dependent on external validation to feel whole. I use music, somatic work, and depth psychology to partner with you, going beyond words into the layers of your emotional world. Trauma lives in the body, but so does music. Together, we’ll use the music you love to explore and gently move through the memories, beliefs, and responses keeping you stuck, so you can build a home within. This work is often spiritual, guided by your imagination, embodied awareness, and inner wisdom. We ask: what was wrong with what happened to you? Not, what is wrong with you. My warm, compassionate approach supports reconnection with your authentic self. Please visit my website to book your first appointment or email me with any questions.

He has extensive experience helping clients navigate social injustices, identity challenges, family issues, and life transitions, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to process, heal, and grow.
College and early adulthood can feel like a lot. You’re building your future, navigating relationships, managing expectations — and trying to keep it all together. Stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, breakups, and big life transitions are common, but that doesn’t mean you have to handle them alone. Therapy with me is real, supportive, and judgment-free. I focus on creating a space where you can be yourself, talk honestly about what’s weighing on you, and learn practical tools to feel more grounded and confident. I previously worked with college students and young adults at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in an Intensive Outpatient Program, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and major life stressors. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, let’s talk. Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling better.
