Hi, I'm Mia and I'm so glad you're here. Village Life is the place you go to safely and playfully learn and practice skills for mental wellness. Yes, we want you to PLAY your way to wellness!! Come to one of our events for a more casual vibe, or if you are ready for a deeper processing experience, join one of our small groups or book an individual session with one of our therapist.
Psychoeducation is the foundation of all mental health. It means learning about you, what you need, and what works to make you feel like you can effectively navigate life's challenges.
