Hi there! I’d love to speak to you about problems you’re facing. Issues may include anxiety and depression stemming from academic concerns, adjustment to college life, relationship struggles, career and financial stress, all of which are common struggles to have during these formative years. I work well with people who have underlying traits of perfectionism, fear of failure and rejection, and people who struggle with shame-based thinking. Uniquely I have experience working with individuals who have cultural adjustment issues, eating disorders, and people who have moderate to severe mental illnesses.
