I offer treatment for formally diagnosed eating disorders, such as anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating disorder, as well as support for anyone with a challenging relationship to food or body image concerns.
Additionally, I love supporting individuals with anxiety, helping them to live more and worry less. My approach is deeply relational, fostering a space where clients can feel seen, valued, and understood.
