Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A highly effective, structured therapy recognized for helping individuals process distressing memories and beliefs associated with trauma.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed EMDR: An integrative approach combining the strengths of EMDR with the compassionate, non-pathologizing framework of IFS to work with different parts of the self affected by trauma.
