Our practice works primarily with young adults who find themselves struggling in relationships, dealing with anxiety, stress, and general life transitions. Our therapists are all licensed- some offer in person sessions in our Bryn Mawr office and all offer telehealth sessions.

We are in network with most insurance companies (Aetna, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, and Optum/United Health Care).
