Mountain Song Mental Health
I believe that every person is created in the image of God, is uniquely designed and can obtain optimum mental health if they are willing to put forth the effort. I utilize many methods of counseling including a client-centered talk therapy approach, family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR.
I have been formally trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR through the Personal Transformation Institute and use EMDR to work with clients who have endured past trauma.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, OCD, and depression as well as sexual and drug addictions. In addition to emerging adulthood, I also enjoy working with families and couples who want to work on their communication and improve their relationships.
