I practice relational, justice-oriented teletherapy rooted firmly in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. I strive to center transparency, humility, solidarity, and autonomy in my practice.
I am trained as a generalist, but I am especially interested in and experienced with substance use, identity development and exploration, queer and trans health, relationship and family of origin concerns, trauma, perfectionism, and climate-related distress. I also specialize in working with young adults and completed my doctoral internship at UO Counseling Services.
I offer individual teletherapy and WPATH assessment/letter of support for gender-affirming surgery. I welcome you to connect with me if you feel we might be a good fit!
