Hi there — I'm so glad you're here.
I work with students who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like themselves. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trouble focusing, mood swings, or challenges with motivation, you're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Many of the students I work with are juggling a lot: classes, work, relationships, and big questions about their future. Some have been struggling for a while, while others are noticing new mental health concerns for the first time. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to talk things through and explore what’s going on.
I also specialize in helping students who are managing ADHD, feeling burnt out, or noticing how stress is showing up physically — like trouble sleeping, appetite changes, or constant exhaustion.
My role is to listen, support, and work with you on a plan that actually fits your life — whether that includes medication, lifestyle changes, or simply having someone who gets it.
You're the expert on your life — I'm here to help you feel more in control of it.
