Over the years, the pressure that students face during their college experiences has been tremendous & often find themselves struggling with perfectionism, feelings of being overwhelmed, not being good enough, bouts of depression &/or anxiety & a host of other problems. Navigating relationships whether with peers, professors, romantic or coworkers can become stressful often leading to not knowing where to turn or what resources are available.
