Julia Clark
Hi there! My name is Julia. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Massachusetts with licensure pending in Georgia. I am passionate about walking alongside young adults and college students navigating challenges related to anxiety, emotional regulation, effects of trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also have expertise in supporting women in the pre- and postpartum period. I am dedicated to creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship in which clients feel comfortable to be their most true selves, explore their values and strengths, and connect with their inherent worth.
I use a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy that combines a thoughtful blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices to help clients connect with the present moment.
I bring a warm, grounding, and compassionate energy to therapy, offering a space that is nonjudgmental and connected. I love supporting clients in better understanding their emotional worlds, developing practical tools for self-regulation, building secure relationships, and reconnecting with their sense of self. I would be honored to get to work with you!
