Jennifer Russell
Hi! My name is Jen Russell. I would love to help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe, empathetic environment. I think the therapeutic relationship is critical so I will work hard to establish trust and build rapport with you. We will discuss your hopes for treatment and then work together to establish goals that will help you meet them. I will work with you to process your stressors, understand your negative thought patterns and develop healthy behaviors to promote positive changes in your life.
With a focus on mindfulness techniques, identification of non productive thought patterns, and encouraging a healthy life balance, we can work together toward the change you would like to achieve. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, or any other life challenge, I am here to listen, guide and support you.
I would love to talk with you and answer any questions you might have. I have over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults. I look forward to begin working with you and helping you build skills and create positive change to improve every day!
