I have a genuine, empathetic approach to counseling, and strive to create a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment for every person who walks through the door. I believe that every individual has many strengths and can overcome any obstacle.
I specialize in working with adolescents, and young adults. My areas of expertise include eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, life transitions, children of divorce, and self-harm . I serve on the Board of International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, Atlanta Chapter, where I get extensive training in working with disordered eating, body image issues, and low self esteem.
