Most of us feel frustrated, unappreciated, and lonely at times. I'm here to help you move through the rough patches with better skills to cope for the next time. I help clients heal from the past, embrace change, and recognize their strengths. All of this help us to find our confidence again and enjoy better relationships personally and professionally. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to therapy to clients grow through challenging seasons into confident people once again.
