Renew Mental Health offers trauma-informed, culturally sensitive individual counseling, including EMDR sessions, for adults through in-person sessions and tele-health. We believe in creating a safe and comfortable environment for healing, where you have the right to exist, be the expert on your own needs, and have the ability to explore tender areas while feeling free of judgment and in control.
