At some point, you may find yourself in need of a little extra support. Maybe someone non-judgmental to listen to you and to hear what you have to say. Perhaps you need a safe space to process something with a therapist who can help you find your own answers. If you are feeling out of control or if you are struggling with life’s challenges, seeking help is an excellent way to start the process of healing. Together, however, we can work collaboratively to identify and reach your goals to create essential changes in your life.

I have over twenty years’ experience working with individuals and families in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, illness, parenting, and much more. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have a certificate in working with military veterans and their families.

I do not believe in “therapy in a can,” so your treatment is specific to you and your needs. Our approach to your journey is as diverse and individual as you. My role is to support, challenge, and guide you on your journey to reach your goals.
