We are a small practice putting therapy first! Our therapists have a strong work-life balance so that they can show up ready to focus on you and your needs. We work with a variety of needs and concerns including trauma, PTSD, Complex-PTSD, ADHD, substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, and stress. We offer virtual therapy throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia and see clients in-person at our office just outside of Richmond, Virginia, in Henrico. College is a wonderful time to begin or continue on with therapy as there are so many life adjustments happening.
