Ariel Cross Counseling
Are you stressed out, burnt out, overwhelmed, and just OVER IT? I'm here to provide a safe, therapeutic space for you to process your experiences. I work well with people who are overly anxious and have been told they're "overthinkers." Starting therapy can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be difficult. It doesn't have to be scary. Getting started is the hardest part, but once you're in, you'll be able to jump in and learn new tools, process your emotions, and just VENT sometimes. You need someone on your side who can GET you. Someone who wants to help you and understand you. Email me to get started because I'd love to meet! I provide virtual counseling for residents of Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma, and I'm available evenings and weekends!
