Unglaub Counseling
As a licensed professional counselor I have helped clients work through challenging times such as processing grief, overcoming trauma, building their self confidence, establishing boundaries, building strong healthy relationships and surviving the post partum period.
Utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, strength based and person centered approaches, my approach to therapy is tailored to each of my client's needs. My goal is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable to share in the therapeutic process.
My office offers a comfortable, calm and private setting for all my clients. If you feel that we will work well together, please do not hesitate to contact me!
